mesdessous.fr offers you simple and fast return solutions.
Items purchased on mesdessous.fr can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags attached and in their original packaging (box, pouch, etc.).
- Items without tags or not meeting these conditions will be refused.
- Items sold in sets must be returned in their entirety.
- The return must include a copy of the invoice or the return slip.
- Items reported as damaged after delivery will be refused.
- If you return items at your own expense, please keep the postal receipt. mesdessous.fr declines any responsibility for loss or damage during transit.
How to Make a Return?
You can return your items using a return label provided by mesdessous.fr or by your own means.
To request a return from your customer account:
- Log in to your account and go to "Order history and details".
- Select the order containing the items to return.
- Check the boxes of the items you wish to return.
- Indicate the reason for the return.
You will receive a return label by email within 24 working hours (only for Metropolitan France and Belgium).
For returns without a prepaid label or outside these areas, please send your items to:

Free Return
If you choose the free return option, you will receive a credit voucher valid for 2 years, within 7 days after we receive your parcel.
Paid Return
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a prepaid return label will be provided.
A fee of €6 will be deducted from your refund. You can also return items at your own expense and be fully refunded.
For returns outside mainland France and Belgium, Mesdessous.fr does not provide a prepaid return label. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Make an Exchange?
Simply return the items you don’t wish to keep. Once your refund or voucher has been issued, you can place a new order on mesdessous.fr.
Detailed Conditions
- The return period is 30 days after receiving your order.
- Original boxes must not be damaged (no postal labels or adhesive tape).
- Please use a cardboard box or a padded envelope to send your return.
- Sets must be returned in full.
- Returns must include a copy of the invoice.
- Any item damaged without prior notification upon delivery will be refused.
- Keep your postal receipt as proof.
International Returns
USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Switzerland, New Zealand, etc.
Items must be declared as "Returned Merchandise". No value should be declared.
Processing of Undelivered Parcels by the Postal Service
Parcels not delivered to the recipient (undeliverable address, unclaimed, refused, damaged, lost, etc.):
Once received and accepted by our team, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment or refund as you prefer.
