Delivery Costs

Delivery is carried out with our partner La Poste in the form of Coliposte or Socolissimo.
The costs charged to the Customer are as follows:

Metropolitan France, Corsica, Monaco, and Belgium
- Free delivery for orders of €69 or more.
- Flat rate of €3.90 (excluding tax) per order for delivery to a pickup point.
- Flat rate of €4.10 (excluding tax) per order for home delivery.

French Overseas Territories
- Between €0 and €150: €20 shipping fee
- Over €150: Free

European Union Zone 1
(Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal)
- Between €0 and €150: €7 shipping fee
- Over €150: Free

European Union Zone 2

Delivery Times

For orders with products in stock, packages are shipped within 3 days following the registration of the order (except Saturday, Sunday, holidays, and special notifications). Preparation and delivery times may be longer during holiday periods or periods of increased activity. For orders including products requiring restocking from our suppliers, the waiting time before shipment can be up to 20 days. Beyond this period, an information email will be sent to the customer in the week following the order.

If the products are in stock, the delivery time in metropolitan France is 72 hours. For French Overseas Territories and other countries served, this time is 10 days.

For products being restocked, the average time is 12 days in metropolitan France. For French Overseas Territories and other countries served, this time is 25 days.

Any case of force majeure beyond the control of mesdessous.fr that delays delivery cannot be attributed to mesdessous.fr.
