The delivery is made with our partner the POSTE in the form of Coliposte or Socolissimo.

The costs charged to the Client are as follows:

The delivery time

For orders whose products are in stock, packages are shipped within 3 days of order registration (except Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and special notification). Preparation and delivery times may be longer during holidays or when there is increased activity. For orders including products requiring restocking with our suppliers, the waiting period before shipping can be up to 20 days. Beyond this period, an information email will be sent to the customer in the week following the order.

If the products are in stock, the delivery time in metropolitan France is 72 hours. For France Outre Mer and the other countries delivered, this period is 10 days.

For restocked products, the average time is 12 days in mainland France. For France Outre Mer and the other countries delivered, this period is 25 days.

How to make a return ?

To allow you to make a return in a simple and fast way, offers you a prepaid return label (offer reserved for orders that have been delivered in Metropolitan France).

You will receive an email from the Post Office with all the necessary information to follow the path of your package.

Free Return:

The full refund of returned products will be in the form of a credit code within 4 days from the date of receipt of your package. Valid for 1 year, this credit code can be used as part of an exchange or to place a new order.

Paid return:

If you choose a refund on your means of payment (Credt Card, Paypal) makes it easy for you to return by providing you with a prepaid return label to print and stick on your package.
