Application of the general terms and conditions of sale
These terms govern the sale of products presented on the mesdessous.fr website by SARL ESPRIT GRENADINE.
They may be modified at any time without prior notice.
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
The parties agree that the contract governed by these general terms is subject to French law.
Validity of the offer
Our offers are intended only for consumers with a delivery address in mainland France, Corsica, French overseas territories, and the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, and Switzerland.
The items offered are available while stocks last as supplied by mesdessous.fr.
mesdessous.fr in no way guarantees product availability for a given period.
In the event of unavailability of an item already paid for, mesdessous.fr will refund the customer within 15 days.
Any order for an unavailable product will be notified by email.
Product prices
Prices, order summary, and invoicing are expressed in euros including VAT.
The VAT amount is indicated when selecting a product.
Any change in the VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the price without prior notice to the customer.

Order and secure payment

The customer validates their order by accepting the general terms and conditions of sale.

An email is sent in case of exceptional delay.
mesdessous.fr is not responsible for delays due to force majeure.
Customs duties
The customer is responsible for informing themselves of the laws in force in their country regarding customs duties or import taxes, and for carrying out any related procedures.
These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Refund and return
Any item may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days from receipt, provided it is new, unworn, labeled, and in its original packaging.
Items sold in sets must be returned complete.
The return must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

mesdessous.fr declines all responsibility in case of loss or damage during transport.
Free Returns
If you choose a free return, you will receive a full credit note valid for 2 years within 7 days of receiving your package.
Paid Returns
If you prefer a refund to your payment method, a prepaid label will be provided.
A €6 fee will be deducted from the refund. You can also return the items yourself at no additional cost.
For returns outside mainland France, the customer is responsible for all returns.
Undelivered parcels
In case of non-delivery (unknown recipient, refused, damaged, stolen…), mesdessous.fr will contact the customer to offer reshipment or a refund.
Liability
mesdessous.fr undertakes to use all means to ensure access to the site.
It cannot be held responsible for damages related to Internet use beyond its control.
