mesdessous.fr offers you simple and quick return solutions.
Items purchased on mesdessous.fr can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days.
Only unworn, undamaged items, still labeled and in their original packaging (box, pouch, etc.) will be accepted. All items that do not meet these conditions and no longer have labels attached will be refused.
Items sold in batches must be returned in their entirety.
The return must include a copy of the invoice or return slip.
Damaged items not reported upon delivery will be refused.
For returns made by your own means, the Post Office receipt must be kept. Mesdessous.fr is not responsible for loss or damage in transit.
How to make a return?
A return is possible with a return label (provided by Mesdessous.fr) or without a return label (by your own means)
You can easily request a return from your customer area.
To do this
1. Log in to your customer area and go to the "history and details of my orders" section.
2. Select the order containing the items to be returned.
3. At the bottom of the page, check the box at the top left of each item you wish to return.
4. Indicate the reason for your return.
You will receive a return label by email from La Poste customer service within 24 business hours of your request. We only provide return labels for mainland France and Belgium.
For returns without a prepaid label or outside these two geographic areas, simply send your items to this address below, including the invoice:

Free Return:
- If you opt for a free return, the full refund of the returned products will be made in the form of a credit code within 7 days of receiving your package. This code, valid for 2 years, can be used for an exchange or to place a new order.
Paid return:
- If you prefer a refund on your payment method (credit card, check, PayPal), we provide you with a prepaid return label to print and stick on your package. However, a flat rate of 6 euros will be deducted from your refund to cover the return costs. You also have the option of returning the items by your own means; in this case, you will be fully reimbursed.
- For returns of orders placed outside mainland France, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to make an exchange?
To make an exchange in a simple and optimal way, you just need to return the models that you do not wish to keep. As soon as you have received the refund or the credit code concerning this return, you can reorder and choose from all the products available on mesdessous.fr.

The boxes of the items must not be damaged (no postal labels, no adhesive tape, etc.). We thank you for using a cardboard box or a cardboard pouch to return the items.
For items sold in batches, only the complete batch can be returned for exchange or refund. The period during which the Customer can request the exchange or exercise his right of withdrawal is 30 days from the date of receipt of the item(s). The return of the item(s) ordered must imperatively be accompanied by a copy of the invoice concerned by said item(s).
