To start, prepare your measuring tape.
Hold the tape measure horizontally to measure:
Chest circumference, at the widest point
Waist circumference, at the narrowest point
Hip circumference, at the widest point, keeping your feet together. Hold the tape measure vertically to measure:
Inseam length, from crotch to floor
Waist circumference, from top of head to floor, keeping your back straight.
